Training begins prior to system cutover. During the one
or two week period just prior to system cutover,
InfoSwitching, Inc., provides trainers in a classroom
setting for orientation and basic telephone and voice
messaging usage. These classes are held at the district
site and will use live telephone instruments. Class sizes
are from up to ten (10) people at a time and each class
will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.
During each training class there will be instruction,
demonstration and the opportunity for hands on use of all
types of telephones in the district system. We will also
demonstrate how to log into a user's voice mail box and
show them how to set up, receive and send messages. If
time allows we will go into more detailed features. The
entire class is an interactive forum and we encourage
questions.
Separate training classes will be held to train operators
on the attendant console which includes a live console
and practice calls.
Another class will be held for advanced feature training
for a limited number of key people that would be trained
to be trainers.
Additionally, a fourth type of class will be held to
train system administrators how to perform basic adds,
moves and changes on the telephone system. This class is
typically held after cutover.
On the first day after cutover, InfoSwitching, Inc. will
provide one trainer to be stationed with and to assist
the operator on attendant call functions. At least one
additional trainer will be available on site to assist
user individuals that require further or follow-up
training. |
